By selecting one of the following payment options and entering the required information, you authorize Nivek Technology Group, LLC, doing business as Nivek Solutions, to process payment(s) in the amount entered on the scheduled date(s) selected.

Recurring Charge / Payment Options: You will be charged the agreed-upon amount on the agreed-upon dates for each billing cycle. A receipt will be emailed within forty-eight (48) business hours after each payment is processed and will reflect the charge as it appears on your credit/debit card or bank statement. You agree that no prior notice or additional authorization will be provided unless the payment date or amount changes. If the payment date or amount changes, Nivek Solutions will notify you via email at the email address on file at least ten (10) days prior to the charge. Please note that due to banking holidays, processing dates may change, which is outside the control of Nivek Solutions.

One-Time Charge: A one-time payment will be charged to the credit/debit card or bank account entered through the selected payment processing option. Even if the “Save Payment Option” feature is selected, you must initiate each payment individually. This authorization applies to a single transaction only and does not grant permission for any additional debits or credits to the selected payment method.

Invoices: Nivek Technology Group, LLC, doing business as Nivek Solutions, will provide an individual invoice for all agreed-upon services. If you identify any discrepancies, please notify us prior to submitting payment so we may promptly review and correct the issue.

Credit Card Fee Notice: Nivek Technology Group, LLC, doing business as Nivek Solutions, may charge an additional credit card processing fee of up to three percent (3%), plus any applicable taxes, to offset processing costs. This fee will not exceed the actual processing fees incurred by Nivek Technology Group, LLC.
