Nivek Solutions was founded by Kevin Flack, who brings extensive experience across both corporate and small business environments. Raised in the construction and automotive industries, Kevin developed a strong appreciation for hands-on operations and practical problem-solving early in his career.

His professional background spans the cellular, landline, and internet sectors—much of it within call center environments—where he gained valuable insight into customer experience, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Kevin also contributed to the paratransit industry, where he played a key role in the implementation of a new scheduling software platform and provided ongoing support to the organization and its partners for a full year following deployment.
