Meet our Founder, Kevin Flack
Nivek Solutions was founded by Kevin Flack, who brings many years of experience across both corporate and small business environments. Raised in the construction and automotive industries, Kevin developed a strong appreciation for hands-on operations and practical problem-solving early on.

His professional background spans the cellular, landline, and internet industries, much of it within call center environments, where he gained deep insight into customer experience, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Kevin also worked within the paratransit sector, where he helped lead the rollout of a new scheduling software platform and provided ongoing support to both the organization and its partners for a full year following implementation.
