How can Nivek Solutions help you Upgrade to Windows 11?
Checking compatibility first
Nivek Solutions will use the PC Health Check application that is provided free by Microsoft to confirm that your computer meets the minimum requirements.
Perform a Backup of Your Data
Before Nivek Solutions gets started, we will perform a backup of all of your files and data. We are able to perform this back to an external hard drive, a CD/DVD, or even a temporary Cloud Storage.
Confirm Current Software Compatibility & Perform Updates
Nivek Solutions will always check for the compatibility of your current software to make sure that it is compatible with Windows 11. Some software applications may require an updated version of the software to be obtained, sometimes free update, sometimes a paid update. Before we get started, we will also want to make sure that we are able to obtain a copy of the software in the event that we are required to re-install the software after the Windows 11 update. This also includes confirming that you have the software license number or able to log into an online portal to activate.

Examples: QuickBooks, Adobe Products, Gaming Software, Photo Editing, Microsoft Applications, VOiP Solutions, and many more.
